2. Valid Tax clearance certificate (up to date).
3. Valid VAT & TIN Certificate.
4. Up To Date ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
5. Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of EED after varified by respective organization.
6. Submit Valid Mqanufacturer's Authorization letter of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.
7. Submit valid agencyship certificate of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.
8. Submit Valid documents in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
9. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
10. If the proposed Lift brand by the bidder which is other than the brand mentioned in the tender documents, if it is not acceptable by TEC Committee during the evaluation will be considered non-responsive, in this regard decision of the TEC committee will be considered final.
11. If Rate quote found Excessive Less or Above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered
