* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities.
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of General Experience in Building/Construction works.
ii) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Contractor at least 01(one) number of Contract including Civil Construction Works Successfully Completed in Government /Semi Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 300 Lac. The work certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been completed.
iii) Minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk 1000 Lac. Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender.
iv)Having Minimum Liquid Asset Amounting Tk 200 Lac. Supporting Documents are to be Submitted with the Tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender documents.
v) Having minimum Tender capacity amounting Tk 350 Lac.
vi) All papers shall have to be up-to-date according to TDS & IFT of this tender notice & documents.
vii) The tender security shall only be in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
viii) If any tenderer's total amount of quoted rate is beyond 10% less/above than the official cost estimate, that tenderer will be non-responsive.
