দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer Should have the followings
This Invitation for Tenders is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest Income Tax certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter.
2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.
3. Tenderers must have  similar chemical import license/ genunine chemical production factorys agent documents.
4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar HRSG chemicals including Hydrazine, Ammonia, Morpholine, PAM  supply experience/ supply of cooling water chemicals in BPDB otherwise tender will be non-responsive.
5. Tenderers must submit 1000g or 1L each sample  before 10/11/2024, 11.30 in office of the cheif chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable Jar/Bottle/packet to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non responsive.
6. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7. Tenderers must submit a writter commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of chemical supply experiences/ supply of cooling water chemicals in BPDB experiences otherwise tender will be non responsive.
9. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably request
