প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of a manufacturer.
2. The tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of related goods & services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of SPC Pole of minimum Taka 1.70 crore under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 05(five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an
Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. For local manufacturer, the manufacturer must have updated industrial license & environmental
clearance certificate. For foreign manufacturer, the manufacturer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
6. The tenderer shall submit manufacturer/factory/labratory test report of the materials (SPC Pole) must be uploaded with the tender.
7. Tenderer shall have Valid & updated trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate.
8. Other information mentioned at TDS, PCC, Technical Specifications and Special terms & conditions of the tender document.
