* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The bidder must have Valid Trade License, BIN and TIN with updated Income TAX Return.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 3 contracts for 132kV or above voltage level, successfully completed within the last 5 years with a contract value of at least Tk. 60 Lac among 3 contract, 01 (One) contract shall be successfully completed for carrying, installation, testing and commissioning of 132kV Transformer or Equipments or higher voltage level with CRP. The contract must include construction of equipment foundation, Gantry erection, testing and commissioning of 132 kV or higher voltage level switchyard bay equipment. The Bidder must have civil construction works experience in a live 132 kV or above voltage level substation. This experience is to be issued in the form of the Completion Certificate from any Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous /Corporation/Public Limited Company of any Country except the country(s) stated in TDS.
3. The bidder must have ABC license& bank solvency or credit line of BDT 75 (Seventy five) Lac.
4. The bidder must have Annual Turnover of BDT. 50 (Fifty) Lac only (Best 3 of 5 years).
5. The bidder must have minimum Tender Capacity of BDT 60 (Sixty) Lac.
6. The bidder must attach the Catalogue with Technical specification and Manufacturer Authorization letter of supply items
7. The bidder must have to mention the manpower, testing & other equipment list.
8. All designs and drawings are to be submitted by the contractor during execution.
9. After completion of the work contractor must submit as-built drawing of full switchyard layout drawing, panel layout drawing, SLD, cable scheduling, Interlock drawing, Secondary cable drawing etc within 01 (one) month).
10. The contractor must ensure Erection All Risk (EAR) insurance (Sadharan Bima Corporation, Bangladesh) for the defect liability period as per co
