* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

Eligibilities:
1. All tenderers/firms must be registered with CPTU through the e-GP portal.
2. All administrative orders regarding payment issued from time to time will be followed strictly.
3. Payment will be paid on the availability of fund.
4. Scope of work/ contract price may be reduced depending on the actual field conditions.
5. The contractor must visit the site and get acquainted with the condition of the site, the scope of work, and the available workspace before tendering.
6. No fees will be provided for the preparation and submission of the offer.
7. The contractor has to keep video and image records of the work in different stages (before starting, during, and after completion) at his own cost and submit the same to the office of the Executive Engineer. (Circular attached in Section 7).
8. Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific form PW3-7. Otherwise Tender will be non-responsive.(Letter of Commitment enclosed in General Specification).
9. Volume of work may be increased or decreased or totally dropped depending upon the actual field condition.
10. The Contractor must take Still Photograph and Video of the work in progress in regular Basis.
11. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
**Special Note: The quantity and scope of work may increase or decrease based on ongoing emergency work being implemented at the c/s launching apron of the Musapur Closure following the note-09 of the approved design for the strengthening work. The final work order amount and quantity will be adjusted accordingly.
