দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৪,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall have:
a) General experience of three (05) years.
b) Valid trade license (FY 2023-24).
c) Valid tax clearance certificate (Tax year-2023-24).
d) Valid VAT & TIN certificate .
e) Up to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board,Government of Bangladesh.
f) Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift of minimum value 30,00 Lac Taka in a single agreement in any Govt. /semi govt./autonomous/private organization within last five years (from the date of IFT) for single lift fior Tenders where the package contains more than one(1) lift, this amount will be multiplied by the number of lift mentioned in the designated package
g) Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Assistant Engineer (Electrical), EED of concerned district.
h) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderersshall be Tk 33.00 Lac for single lift as per STD format of this tender. for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lift, this amount will be multiplied by the number of lift mentioned in the designated packagel
i) Valid Manufacture/s Authorization letter for the proposed lift.
j) Valid Agencyship certificate for the proposed lift.
k) Submit valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
