* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer must have OMR machine(for random testing of the forms during the process of production) facilities and Bonafide Printing Press (within the country) with variable data print digital machine and also with inline automatic dye perforation machine, automatic number printing machine, automatic sheet cutter and Capable of making OMR forms with QR Codes Printing (All these steps must be done automatically in same line and same time of production).
2. Valid Trade License 2023-2024
3. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2024-2025 (Including TIN No).
4. VAT Registration certificate with up-date clearance certificate with submission of VAT return document.
5.Bank Solvency Certificate (within selling bid document & dropping date) in original clearly specifying that the tenderer has capability to supply the tendered goods on a date
6. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Minimum Tk. 1 (one) Crore (bank statement must be submitted not before 12 august’23 /Attach supporting document).
7. The tenderer shall submit GSM test report from Science Laboratory, Dhanmondi, Dhaka/Security Printing press, Gazipur, Dhaka Within Selling bid document & Dropping date.
8. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
9. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of specific experience in the supply of similar item (objective type OMR Form).
10. Experience Certificate (regarding three years specific experience in Supply of similar items OMR Forms ) stating amount/ Photostat Copies of work order duly attested by any Class-1 Gazetted Officer regarding the supply of OMR forms in Dhaka/ Rajshahi/ Comilla/Jessore/ Madrasha education boards.
