* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer shall be
1. A manufacturer or authorized representative of a foreign manufacturer. Authorization Letter from Dealer/Trading House will be not be accepted.
2.The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of 14-inch outer diameter API 5L Grade-B ERW (Electrical Resistance Welded) MS Housing Pipe and 6 inch diameter Stainless Steel Strainer of minimum Tk. 1.80 Crore under single contracts in the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not be below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. Suppliers/Tenderer must have financial solvency amounting minimum Tk. 1.80 crores for supplying of goods and related services. Financial solvency/ credit facility certificate from a nationalize bank of Bangladesh must be submitted with the tender.
5. The manufacturer should have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
6. The tenderer shall submit a sample of 1.00-meter 14-inch outer diameter API 5L Grade-B ERW ((Electrical Resistance Welded) MS Housing Pipe and 1.00-meter 6 inch diameter Stainless Steel Strainer with manufacturer/factory test report at Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. Receipt of sample submission with manufacturer/factory test report must be uploaded with the tender.
7. Tenderer shall have Valid & updated trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate.
