If participate in this tender will be treated as Non- Responsive according to the Honorable Prime Minister’s office order Memo No:-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 dated 30.08.2018, CPTU Letter Memo. No. 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202, Date:10-10-2019.
b) The tenderer who has failed to complete the work in stipulated time of this project (Revenue-Repair & Renovation works or Manufacturing & Supplying of Furniture) particularly in this district previous time will consider as disqualification/Non Responsive.
c) Tenderers shall satisfy the other criterion laid down in TDS,G.C.C ,PCC & ITT.
