* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers mentioned below:
a) Reputed Tenderers who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web protal]
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor are a satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. Main Gate and Boundary Wall Construction or Retaining Wall Construction or Multi Storied Building Construction of at least Tk 2,20,00,000.00 (Two Crore Twenty Lakh) under 1 (One) contract over a period of last 5 (Five) years shall be required. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web protal] ( In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/ Organization the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer).
c) The Tenderer must process:
        i) Up to date valid Trade license.
        ii) up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
        iii) Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR.
d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4,50,00,000.00 (Four Crore Fifty Lakh ) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore) only.
f) Required Tender capacity shall be Tk. 3,00,00,000.0 0(Three Crore) only.
g) All other Terms and Conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents. Conditions of GCC and PCC are applicable.
