* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 2 (Two) years of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods to any Gov't, Semi Gov't, Gov't owned or Autonomous organization in Bangladesh of minimum BDT 1.2 (One point Two) Crore under maximum 4 (Four) contracts in the last 4 (Four) years
[a. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
b. Tenderer shall submit end-user acceptance certificate(s) as supporting document of the experience which shall be in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser dully signed and sealed with contact details mentioning Contract Value, Type of Supply, Date of Supply. Please refer to the e-TD for further details.]
3. The Tenderer shall have minimum Tk. 1.2 (One point Two) Crore only amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission.
[a. Supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender will only be accepted.
b. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank shall use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID. Submission of the credit facility in any other format may be ground for rejection of the Tender.]
4. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, TIN Certificate and BIN/e-VAT Registration Certificate [Ref.: ITT 22.1 of e-TD].
5. The Tenderer shall comply with all the other requirements as mentioned in the Section-1: Instructions to the Tenderers (ITT) of the e-Tender Document (e-TD).
