* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Bidder shall be Local manufacturer or authorized representative/agent of foreign manufacture.
2. Local manufacture shall have a minimum of 5 years specific experience for production of the similar goods.
3. Authorized representative/agent of foreign manufacturer shall have a minimum of 5 years specific experience for supply of similar goods and related services.
4. The Bidder shall have up to date trade license TIN and Vat registration certificate Copy of these papers must be enclosed along with the tender in addition to the required papers mentioned in the tender documents.
5. The Bidder shall submit the sample 1 no of pre-paid meter, 1 no of Mobile Vending Unit (MVU) in BMDA Rajshahi regional store which is compatable with our existing system before submission of the tender document. The receipt of the submitted sample to be attached with the tender document.
