* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 contract of Similar nature building construction works successfully Completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.80.00 Lakh only.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 130.00 Lakh only over the last 05 (Five) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 45.00 Lakh only. (must be in the form of PW 3-7 in original form).
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk. 100.00 Lakh only.
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date (i) Trade License, (ii) IT Clearance Certificate, (iii) BIN certificate
7. Any duplication of documents regarding payment certificate will be counted as the reason of Tenderer’s Disqualification.
8. Any false information or intention of hiding any information will be consider as the reason of Tenderer’s Disqualification.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
