দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship certificate (where applicable).
(ii) Copy of valid Trade License of current year.
(iii) Copy of current year Income Tax Return Certificate.
(iv) Copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate or BIN Certificate.
(v) Copy of proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of Incorporation (If any).
(vi) Copy of the current Bank solvency certificate.
(vii) Copy of food grade materia certificate from Government Institution/authority
(viii) Copy of material: ABS certificate from Government Institution/authority
(ix) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receive Section, Procurement & Logistics Support Directorate, Admin. Building, Biman, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka basis.
(x) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items through Bank transfer.
(x) 02 pcs sample (non refundable) of each item shall be submitted along with the offer (sample shall be with bidders seal and signature). Interested bidder may submit sample from the date of floating of the tender (up to office hours of all working days) to 1130 Hrs (LT) of tender closing date 
(xi). Experience certificate of Manufacturers/authorized distributor for production and supply of said items..
(xii). Brochure of Suppliers/Manufacturers with detailed address, phone number, mail of contact person and official website. E-Brochure in the form of web link is also acceptable.
