*Tenderer shall not be insolvent, bankrupt or be in the process of bankruptcy or not temporarily barred from undertaking business and it shall not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing
*Tenderers are restrained or barred from participating in public Procurement on grounds of poor performance or punished for delay damages in the past under any Contract from any govt./Semi-govt./Corporation/autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible.
*Tenderer shall be provide such evidence of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the PE, as the PE will reasonably request.
