a) All the contractors of Education Engineering Department who still have not started their work even after accepting work order without any proper reason or those who have not shown any satisfactory progress in their work without any proper reason would be considered as non-responsive.
b) The Contractors are Requested to submit a rate analysis / Bar chart according to Market Price in case of excessive lowest/ above rate Quotations.
c) Contractors who have won many ID of this/other projects but failed to deliver the goods on time, They have to submit proper reasone for delaying supplying of Furniture. If any tenderer participate without submitted proper document in this tender, those contractors will be treated as non-responsive as per Prime Minister Gazette.
