* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮০০,০০০ ~ ২,৪০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) Five (05) years of general electrical works such as lift supply and installation experience.
b) Satisfactory completion of semiler kind of work value of at least Tk8.00(Eight) Lakh under Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ private Organization in Bangladesh.
ii. In case of the works Supplied under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
iii) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit (as per Form PG3-8) of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk8.50(Eight point five) Lakh
iv) The tenderer must posses:(i) Up-to date income tax clearance certificate(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.(iii) Up to-date trade license. (iv) Up-to-date ABC/BC category contractory and supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Banglades
7) Tenderer must submitte the site visit certificate by the autherize officer of EM Division -3, Dhaka
8) The minimum numbers of working experience in KPI of the tenderer shall be 5 years . And successfully completed 1 contract amount of Tk.7.00(Seven) lakh  with in at least 2 years in KPI under any goverment/semi govermenet/ autonomus body in Bangladesh.
9) Anual construction Trun over to be tk12(Twelve)Lakh during last 5 years.
10) Tenderer must submitte drawing/Plan of this specific work.
