1. The Tenderer shall have 05 (Five) years of general experience as supplier in supply of goods to any government/semi-government/autonomous /renowned private organization.
02. The Tenderer shall have the satisfactory completion of supply of medicine of minimum Tk. 1,90,000.00 under 01 (one) contract in last 03 (three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
03. Tenderer must have updated wholesale/manufacturing drug license which will be valid till February, 2025 at least.
04. The tenderer shall have Manufacturer’s Authorization letter (If the tenderer is not a manufacturer).
05. GMP/ISO/US-FDA/Equivalent Certificate of manufacturer must be submitted. Otherwise, the tender will be nonresponsive.
