* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer shall have minimum 02(two) years General experience.
2. The tenderers must have to submit up to date income tax acknowledgement certificate from the NBR with TIN.
3. The tenderers must have to submit VAT Registration Certificate/BIN from NBR.
4. The tenderers must have to submit valid Trade License.
5. The tenderers must furnish all necessary supporting documents mentioned in the tender Data sheet.
6. Any type of damages of any equipments/materials, contractor will be liable for it.
7. The payment will be done as per actual works. It may not be the full contract price.
8. The unloading works will be scheduled by the Procuring Entity (PE).
9. All applicable taxes, VAT and IT have to be paid by the Contractor as per government rules.
10. All necessary tools, equipments and consumables have to be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.
11. During unloading of furnace oil/diesel oil(HFO/LFO) from railway wagon(BTO), hose pipes should be properly connected. Any type of leakage or wastage of HFO/LFO, contractor will be charged by the assesment of concerned authority.
12. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderer shall be 03(Three) lac BDT.
