* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০০,০০০ ~ ৩০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tender must follow the PPA-2006 & PPR-2008:
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD).
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System]
(II) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1.00 Lakh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp System] The Tenderer will must be submitted Copy of work order, Contract Deeds along With the Experience certificate in the e-GP System.
(III) The minimum amount of liquid assets net of other Contractual Commitments is (Form PG2-5) TK 1.10 Lakh Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system]
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with e-TIN certificate.
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter Contract Deeds with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a suplier)[when applicable]
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(IX) Technical specifition must be signed by the tenderer in the e-GP system (Unnotomare Cholar will have to supply as per Technical specifition mentioned in the TDS)
(X) Sample [200 gm Unnotamaner Cholar Dal-] must be submitted to in 03 (Three) transparent containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
