Qualification criteria
1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [20 Lac] under [05 ] of contract(s) over a period of [state number] years shall be required.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [20 Lac ] over the last [05] years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk [10.0 Lac]
4. The minimum capacity shall be: 30.0 Lac
The following formulae shall be used to calculate the Tender Capacity
Assessed Tender Capacity = (A*N*1.5-B)
N.B : Quoted rate must be within 10% above or Less otherwise tender will be rejected automatically
