* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৯৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Return Certificate, Vat Certificate, Up-to-date Trade License.
2) The completed Technical specification and compliance of Goods (Form e-PG3-4) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms as stated under ITT clause 10.1(d);
(a) The satisfactory completion of supply of goods within last 05 (Five) years to any Govt./ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organization
i.e. years countingbackward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Chemical and/or Electrical Items) to anyGovt./ Semi-Govt / AutonomousOrganization of at least 02 (two) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lac;years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods 150% of estimated value.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is at Least Tk. 100% of offered value. Liquid asset must be in the form of bank solvancey and statement from any scheduled bank mentioning the tender ID and name of the work.
(e) Tenderer shall submit Import Registration Certificate (IRC) and/or their authorized agent/ personal's chemical carrying licence or equivalent doument.
(f) Tenderer shall submit a warranty certificate of 12 (Twelve) Months.
(g) Tenderer shall submit a sample 250g (or suitable amount) of each item as per mentioned specification in Submitted Document at PE office within thetender closing date and time. Physical verification/ Quality test of submited sample will be carry out during evaluation process. Unqualified sample trendto rejecation of the tender.
