* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
.Only local manufacturer who have industrial license of producing uPVC materials will be allowed to bid this tender.
2.Updated ISO standardization certificate of the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.
3. Manufacturer must have industrial Project registration license issued by the Board of investment Government of Bangladesh, 03 (Three) years over all Manufacturer experience certificate of those particular/respective materials enclosed with the offer.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) Lakh.
5. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 60.00 (Sixty) Lac. under maximum 1 (one) contracts in the last 3(Three) of years
6.The minimum production capacity or availability of equipment is/are: Production capacity of uPVC pipe of the tenderer’s factory must have minimum 400 (Four Hundred) meter per day. The purchaser may send representative to verify the technical and production ability of the manufacturer. The Tenderer will have to bear all cost of factory inspection
7. The Inspection team will randomly select sample 03(Three) pcs uPVC pipe with 01(One) meter length, 01(one) nos T-joint & 01 (one) nos 90° bend for each lot for BUET/MIST test as per offered specification and terms condition of tender.
8.The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
9. The bidders can participant in all lots but on bidders shall get maximum 02(two) lots (if responsive lowest in more than 02(two) lots.
10. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
