* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed Contractors who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e. Construction of On Farm Water Management structure (Medium size vent Regulator/Foot Bridge/ Foot over Bridge/ Cattle Crossing/ Box Culvert/ Pipe Culvert etc.) of value Tk 21.00 (Twenty One) lakhs under a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 45.00 (Forty Five ) lakhs during the last 5 years;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The bidders can either bid for one lot/tender or more in the same package (WD9/OFWMS) and could be awarded more than one lot/tender if they satisfy the aggregate qualification criteria. Maximum number of lots/tenders awarded to the same lowest responsive bidder is limited to 2 (Two).
