দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed Contractors who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Survey works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e Topographic  Survey works of contour map etc value Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lakhs under a Single contract within the last 5(Five) years are eligible for this tender.
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 45.00 (Forty Five) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 120.00 (One Hundred & Twenty) lakhs during the last 5 years;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
