দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience in EM Works of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.
b) The minimum specific experience as contractor of satisfactory completion of Supply, InsInstallation, Testing, Commissioning and Pump Automation (Rain Water Harvesting pumps) with a value of at least Tk.50 (Fifty) Lakh having Single Contract completion certificate within last Five (05) years under Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit (as per Form PW2a-3) of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk.60.00 (Sixty) Lakh.
d) The Tenderer must posses:(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (Up to date 9 Digit BIN) (iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
