* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience of providing vehicle services.
The Tenderer shall have specific experience of providing vehicle services on rental basis to Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies/ Govt. Owned Companies/ Banks, having total contract value of at least Taka 01 (One) Crore only under maximum 03 (Three) contracts successfully completed in the last 05 (Five) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Such experience has to be supported by satisfactory completion certificate/performance certificate with Contract Agreement/ Work Order. Ongoing contract in which more than 06 (Six) months have elapsed, shall be considered for specific experience as on the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.
The minimum required average annual turnover over the last 03(Three) financial years shall be Taka 01 (One) Crore.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Taka 30 (Thirty) Lakh.
Any Other Criteria as mentioned in Tender Document.
