Tenderer having the following qualification are eligible :
(a) The minimum specific experience of construction / renovation work of any type of buildings as a Prime Contractor, under at least 1 (one) contract, successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, having a value of at least Tk. 15,00,000/- ( Fifteen Lakh Taka), under any Government/ Semi-government / Autonomous Organization.
(b)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 60,00,000/-(Sixty Lakh) over the last 5 (Five) years.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 18,00,000.00 (Eighteen Lakh Taka) only.
