* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A. All e-Gp Registered tenderers in Bangladesh & who fulfill the Qualification Criteria as below:
1. Tenderers shall have the past real experience with at least 02 (two) single lot of Contract (s) summing up at least Tk. 2,00,000 for similar type of works of Yearly Carrying/Unloading/Loading/Pouring and Mixing of chemicals/goods and cleaning of tanks in the Government, Semi-government and Autonomous institutions within last 03 (Three) years.
2. Tenderers have to submit the valid Trade license, Vat registration certificate, income tax Certificate, the Authorization Letter and the Solvency Certificate updated in the Lodgment Period with the e-Tenders.
3. Tenderers having quoted price more than10% (Ten percent) above or below of the Official Cost Estimate, the tender shall be rejected.
4. The tenderer should fulfill the other requirements described in the Tender Document (TDS, PCC & GCC).
B. Tenderers shall have to do the works following the instructions given below :
1. Tenderers shall have to do the works by their own efforts as per the requirements of the Chemical Division.
2. The necessary things relating with intended works shall have to be supplied by the Tenderers.
3. Tenderers shall have to ensure all sorts of precautionary measures and safety protections, etc.
4. Tenderers shall be liable for all sorts of accident occurred in the work places.
5. The Concerned Authority shall not be liable for any sort of accident occurred by the tenderers/workers of the tenderers.
C. Special Terms and Conditions:
1. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the tenders without assigning any reason.
2. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to take the final decision with respect to the tender(s).
