দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০০,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 05(Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 01(one) number of R.C.C. construction work with minimum value of BDT 9.50 (Nine Point Five) Crore in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. Work completion certificate must be issued by officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department. In case of Semi-Government / Autonomous organizations, work completion certificate must be vetted by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been completed
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years more than BDT 20.00 (Twenty) Crore. Only payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 3.40 (Three Point Four) Crore. Credit committment certificate must be submitted in the form PW3-7. Failing to do so, will make the tenderer non-responsive.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 10.00 (Ten) Crore.
(f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.
