* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৯,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৫০০,০০০ ~ ১৯,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience.
The satisfactory completion of "supply and Installation of similar Goods (must include Sub-Station) Work of not less than Tk= 61.00 lac in a single agreement under any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private organization within the last 5 (five) years from date of IFT..
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
2) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =70.00 Lac.
3) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
4) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS& PCC of this tender.
