* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৫,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least TK. 85,00,000/- (Eighty Five Lakh) under any govt., semi Govt. & Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK. 1,15,00,000/- (One Crore & Fifteen Lakh) over the last 5 (five) years .
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk.1,10,00,000/- (One Crore & Ten Lakh).
5. Up to date Valid Trade Licenses as a civil construction contractor.
6. Proper VAT Registrations Certificate as a Construction Firm.
7. Up to date contractors License from PWD or any other GoB organization and Up to date Income tax clearance Certificate.
8. Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet and additional terms and conditions of the tender documents
