* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work from any Government or semi government or autonomous organization as specific experience i.e any of kind khal/Nala/Pond (other water reservoirs are not allowed) re-excavation of value Tk 8.00 (Eight) lakhs under single contract are eligible for this tender;
• The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk 6.00 (Six) lakhs during the last 5 years;
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued after publication date of the tender;
• The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
• Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents;
• The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained;
• Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
• The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 02 (two) lots (if responsive lowest more than 02 (Two) lots) under single tender notice in this project.
