* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬১৪,৪০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০৪,৮০০ ~ ৬১৪,৪০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded:-
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods
and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years.i.e. years counting backward
from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(2) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 1,65,00/-
under maximum 01 (One) contracts in the last 03 (three) of years. i.e. years counting
backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(3) Certificate of bank solvency and Bank Statement 2024-2025 Must be submitted with the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,85,000/- issued after publication of IFT in the e-GP System [Form PG2-5];
(4) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as a supplier;
(5) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(6) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(7) Certificate of Incorporation ( in case of Limited Company)
(8) All other terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.
(9) Sample [200 gm. Unnotamaner Cholar Dal] must be submitted in 03 (Three) transparent
containers to the Jail as per technical specifications on or before the tender opening date and
time.
