* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৪৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৪৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৪,৪০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Having valid up to date trade license, up to date income tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate. (with return slip) Up to date bank solvency certificate up to date valid ABC Electrical Certificate
(b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in electro mechanical works shall be 05 years.
(c) The minimum specific experience in similar work of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk. 18.00 Lac.
The above experience/work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows:
I. In Case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer.
II. In Case of work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous body other than PWD the certifying Authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under Whose Jurisdiction the work has been done.
III. The required Average Annual Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 25.00 Lac within the last 05 years.
IV. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets as credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.15.00 Lac.
V. The tenderer must have Sole Agency ship Certificate and Spares Supply Assurance Certificate from respective Young Jin Brand manufacturer.
