প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature Manufacturing and Supplying of Furniture at least in 01(One) Contract successfully completed in a single work order within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least TK 6.970 Lakh in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Private organization of Bangladesh.[Copy of Completion Certificate & Work Order Must be Submitted. Bidders who will Submit only work order will not be accepted as eligible.]
(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) f the Tenderer shall be Tk.7.970 lakh. Credit facility of the tenderer shalll be acceptable in the form of PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset. Bank statement will not be entertained.
(c) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 & Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No: 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019. the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
(d) If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected/ included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
