As per TDS,PCC & ....
1) A satisfactory completion of similar works only in Govt., Semi Govet. or Autonomous Educational Institutions of at least Tk 50.00 lac (Fifty Lac) under [1(one)] of contract(s) which includes construction of at least a Building work over a period of [05] years shall be required.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
2) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35.00 Lac(Thirty Five lac) (in case of Bank Statement it must be after IFT Date)
3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 35.00 Lac (Thirty Five Lac) over the last [05] years.
4) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 50.00 Lac(Fifty Lac) but not less than Tender amount.The following formulae shall be used to calculate the Tender Capacity.
5) The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk 2.00 Lac (Two Lac )
6) STD Section 5[3(Name of Works Contract successfully completed during last 5 years from IFT date within only PE's Organization e-PW2-3 (A)) and 4(List of On-going Works and Current Commitment(s) during last 5 years from IFT date under all PE's Organization e-PW2-3(B)] must be fulfilled ‍and Tender capacity must be calculated in official pad and submitted sealed and signed otherwise it will be treated as non-responsive.
7) Tenderer must submit with its e-Tender the following documents: a) Similar Nature Experience certificate.b)Upto date income tax clearance, valid VAT Registration, trade license certificate & National ID.
8) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
