Tenderer must have the following criteria:

3. Tenderers have to submit bank guarantee/ Credit Commencement certificate mentioning the tender reference and Tender ID No.
4.Tenderers have to submit NID , updated TIN and TAX Certificate.
5.VAT Registration Certificate.
6. Ownership Documents.
7. Tenderer must have required Experience Certificates stated in ITT 15 ( End user certificates must be submitted).
8. Tenderers have to submit MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheet ) and Quality assurance certificate ( Certificate of updated analysis) of the item ( Corrosion inhibitor and Biodispersant ) from related manufacturer.
9.Tenderer should be a chemical suppler / Acid supplier .
10. and as per TDS.
