1. The tenderer must be eligible according to the PPR-2008, and other relevant laws of Bangladesh.
2. The tenderer must have valid Pest Control or Fumigation Works license/certificate issued by the Ministry of Agriculture.
3. Tenderers with similar work experience certificates might be preferred; however, fresher tenderers satisfying all other applicable conditions for them are also encouraged to apply.
4. For tenderers with experience in similar works, a testimonial is required mentioning that the previous works were completed with PE's satisfaction without no history of poor performance (corruption, fraudulence, collusion, violation of any condition of contracts, bill deduction, fine, etc.).
5. Tenderers (persons/firms) having case in anti-corruption commission are not eligible to apply.
6. Tenderers must be capable of independently managing the work. After being awarded the contract, the work cannot be transferred or sold to a third party, and subcontracting will not be allowed.
7. Tenderers are required to provide the CVs of all their company's staff.
