* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৪৬০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪৮৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,৪৬০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
2) Following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded.
(a) The minimum of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp system.
(b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 4,50,000/-.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with experience certificate in the e-GP system.
(IV) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 5,00,000/-.[Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system.
(d) The tender must submit TIN certificate in the e-GP system.
(e) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(f) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(g) e-BIN (13 Digits) Registration Certificate.
(h) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(i) Sample 200 gm Unnotomaner Cholar Dal must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Cumilla Central Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
(j) All others terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.
(k) All certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazette officer.
