* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded:-
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(2) The Minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of dal/ dietary/ similar Goods of at least 01(one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk 42,50,000/- (Taka Forty two lakh fifty thousand only) (year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System); contract did and completion certificate must be submitted.
(3) The Minimum amount of Liquid assets i,.e working capital or credit lines (Form PG3-8) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 48,50,000/- ( Taka Forty eight lakh fifty thousand only) Issued after Publication of IFT in tHe e-GP System;
(4) UP-to date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(5) Up-to date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(6) e-BIN (13 Digits) registration certificate;
(7) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(8) All others terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.
(9) Sample [200 gm unnotamaner mushur dal (Mota) } must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Jashore Central Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
