প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderers must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulations;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded:
(I) Tenderer shall have a minimum of Last 03 (Three) year of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 04(Four) lakh under a maximum 01 (one) contract in any government organisation in the last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of Tk. 04 (Four) lakh 
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of a limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm mosur Dal (soru)] must be submitted in 03 (three) transparent containers to the Sunamganj District Jail as per technical specifications before the tender opening date and time.
