5. Supplier must be submitted manufacturer’s up to date ISO certificate.
6. Manufacturer Shop test certificated for ensure the quality physical and chemical properties along with the offer.
7. Bidder have to promised 12 (Twelve) Month Warranty/Guarantee Certificate after supply Materials.
8. Manufacturer’s Color printed/Original Catalogue must be submitted with the offer.
9. At least 01( One) outside Manufacturing end user certificate submitted along with offer for ensure (such as P.O, NOA, Job Completion).
10. Bidder submitted third party material test certificate along with the material supply for quality assurance.
11. Up to date Trade License .
12. Up to date Bank Solvency.
13. Up to date IT Certificate.
14. VAT Registration certification.
