* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,১০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭০০,০০০ ~ ২,১০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded As per Standard Tender Document (STD);
(I) Minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience as a Supplier of related goods and services within last 5(Five) years;
(II) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed (NOA,Cotract deed,Work Order Copletion Certificate must be submitted) within the last 04 (Four) years with a value of at least Tk 5.00 lac; (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp system.)
(III) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) (From PG2-5) of the Tendrer shall be Tk 5,70,000/- (Five lac seventiy thousands)
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample 200 gm Mashur dal Saru must be submitted in 03(Three) transparent containers to the PE Office as per technical specification before tender opening date and time
