A Contractor's firm is working in Government,Semi government and autonomous bodies having the followings :
1. Minimum 05 years general experience in Construction works.
2. A satisfactory Completion of similar nature Civil Maintenanc/Renovation or Construction of Building with similar complexity works at least Tk. 5.00 lakhs.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 20.00 Lakhs.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5.00 lakhs.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.7.00 lakhs.
6. The tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
7. If Tenderers quoted the tender price more than 10 % (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
