* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer must submit a valid and up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration, and Income Tax Certificate associated with an up-to-date tax return certificate.
2. The tenderer must submit a Credit Line (as per PG:3 format) or Bank Statement reflecting a minimum of 30 (Thirty) Lakh Taka as a Liquid Asset.
3. The tenderer should have experience supplying air compressors or spare parts of air compressors to Government/Semi-government/Autonomous organizations with a minimum value of 25 (Twenty-Five) Lakh Taka in a single contract within the last 05 (Five) years.
4. The tenderer must submit a Manufacturer Authorization Letter for the offered items. The back-to-back authorization will also be acceptable.
5. The tenderer must submit the Manufacturer's Installation drawing with dimensions and Performance Test report for item no. 01 following ISO standards.
6. The tenderer has to submit a confirmation letter stating that the offered items must meet the design specifications, are new, unused, in good condition, and will fit properly without any modification.
7. The tenderer must submit a Guarantee / Warranty Certificate for the equipment/ items ensuring satisfactory performance 1 (One) year from the date of successful commissioning.
8. The tenderer shall be accompanied by a tender security in favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of a DD/Pay order from any Scheduled Bank in Bangladesh.
9. The tenderer must install the compressor as per the OEM (CompAir) guidelines.
10. The tenderer must fulfill all other conditions as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
