প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer must submit a valid and up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration, and Income Tax Certificate associated with an up-to-date tax return certificate.
2. The tenderer must submit a Credit Line (as per PG:3 format) or Bank Statement reflecting a minimum of 15 (Fifteen) Lakh Taka as a Liquid Asset.
3. Tenderer should have experience in supplying consumables/spares for Nitrogen Generator Systems to Government/Semi-government/Autonomous organizations with a minimum value of 15 (Fifteen) Lakh Taka in a single contract within the last 05 (Five) years.
4. The tenderer must submit a minimum 50 gm sample of item No. 01 (Carbon Molecular Sieve) to the PE with a forwarding letter before the tender opening date.
5. The tenderer must submit a Manufacturer Authorization Letter for the offered items. The back-to-back authorization will also be acceptable.
6. The tenderer must submit the Manufacturer's drawings with dimensions for items No. 02, 03, 04 & 05 and a performance test report for all items in accordance with ISO standards.
7. The tenderer shall have to submit a confirmation letter stating that the offered items must meet the design specifications, are new, unused, in good condition, and will fit properly without any modification.
8. The tenderer must submit a Guarantee / Warranty Certificate for the equipment/ items ensuring satisfactory performance 1 (One) year from the date of successful commissioning.
9. The tenderer shall be accompanied by a tender security in favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of a DD/Pay order from any Scheduled Bank in Bangladesh.
10. The tenderer must fulfill all other conditions as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
