Accommodation: 

A total of 310 persons (cadets, officers and supporting staff) are to be accommodated for 03 days (02 nights). Accommodation in modern/advanced hotel/motel/guest house/rest house in pleasant and safe environment near Cox's Bazar Sea beach in three steps.

Catering: 

According to the authority's menu, 310 persons should be providing food in a clean and improved environment for 03 days (02 nights) in three steps.

1st day:

Morning snacks: Cake & Juice. Lunch: Rice, Chicken, various types of mashed, Dal, Salad, Soft/Cold drinks, Mineral water. Afternoon snacks: Cake & Soft drinks. Dinner: Chicken polao (sonali), Egg, Salad, Pickles, Ice cream, Mineral water.

2nd day:

Breakfast: Buffet system (25 types of food). Morning snacks: Chips & Juice. Lunch: Rice, Coral fish,  various types of mashed, Dal, Salad, Soft/Cold drinks, Mineral water. Afternoon snacks: Peanut Bar, Biscuits, & Wafer. Dinner: Rice, Chicken, Laitta Fish Fry, Dal, Salad, Ice cream, Mineral water.

3rd day:

Breakfast: Buffet system (25 types of food). Morning snacks: Peanut Bar, Biscuits, & Wafer. Lunch: Kacchi Birani (with 180-200gm. Meat), Salad, Soft/Cold drinks, Mineral water. Afternoon snacks: Cake & Special Tea.

Mineral water:  

3 liter water should be providing per day per person. (Excluding lunch, dinner and breakfast/snacks time)  In three steps.

* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
