A. The Tenderer shall submit the following additional documents:

General experience of the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be last 03 years.

Specific experience with Work order & Agreement of at least 02(two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, Total value of at least Tk. 109.00 Lac.

Liquid assets i.e credit line(s) (Form PG3-8) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 109.00 Lac.

Up-to-date 2024-25 Trade License, TIN, e-BIN Certificate; & NID.

Last 3 years Litigation History.

Brochures.

Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed.

Import Registration Certificate (IRC).

Last 3 years Audit Report.

Written Signature Authorization.
B. Special Instruction:

Goods should be supplied as per samples kept in RMCH store.

Expiry date of supplied products shall minimum 02(two) years.

The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

C. Other required condition of the tender is shown in tender data sheet (TDS).
